Terms & Conditions

Version 2026-10-21

These Terms & Conditions apply to experiences booked through this website. Please read them before booking. By accepting them at checkout, you agree to them for your booking.

1. Who we are

The experiences are sold, managed and operated by ARGY Tourism, S.L., trading as SENSA ("SENSA", "we"), tax ID (NIF) B75294511, with registered office at Plaza de la Encarnación, 22, 41003 Sevilla, Spain, and registered in the Commercial Registry of Seville, sheet SE-146277. Contact: info@sensatourism.com · +34 672 700 132.

Each booking is a contract between you and SENSA.

Experiences are booked and paid for online on this website, directly with SENSA, or from the page of a collaborating hotel.

2. Role of the hotel

When you book through a hotel's page, the hotel acts only as a collaboration channel through which SENSA's experiences are offered to its guests. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the hotel is not a party to the experience contract and is not responsible for its performance.

3. How to book

  • You book as a guest; no account is needed.
  • Before paying, you can review your selection — experience, date and time, modality, participants, total price and the applicable cancellation condition — and go back to correct it.
  • Your booking is confirmed once payment has been completed successfully and SENSA has confirmed it. We send the confirmation to the email address you provide.
  • SENSA keeps an electronic record of your booking and of the version of these Terms you accepted. You can ask us for a copy.
  • These Terms are available in English and Spanish, and the contract may be concluded in either language. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
  • If the website is shown in Brazilian Portuguese, a courtesy translation of these Terms is offered for information only; the contract is governed by the Spanish or English version you accept when you pay.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
  • Private experiences may be priced as a fixed amount plus an amount per participant, where applicable. The price shown for your selection is always the total for that selection.
  • The total shown before payment is the amount you pay. No undisclosed charges apply. The only possible additional charge is the one described in section 5, caused by incorrect booking information.
  • Payment is made online by card when you book. When you pay, we redirect you to the secure page of Redsys, our bank's payment service. You enter your card details there; SENSA does not receive or store them. Your bank may ask for additional authentication.
  • If the payment is declined or cancelled, the booking is not confirmed and you are not charged.
  • Invoices: SENSA issues an invoice for every booking, in accordance with invoicing regulations. The invoice is not generated on the booking page or at the time of payment: the SENSA team issues it separately and sends it to you by email. If you need a full invoice with your tax details, say so at payment by providing your billing details; it is mandatory when the booking exceeds €400 (VAT included).

5. Your booking information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for yourself and, where requested, for each participant — for example, the full name and identity document number needed to issue nominative tickets.

If an error in the information you provide causes SENSA an actual additional cost — for example, re-issuing or buying new nominative tickets — SENSA may charge you only that actual cost, which we will justify to you. This is not a penalty.

As the person making the booking, you are responsible for passing on to the other participants the booking information and instructions that concern them.

6. Cancellation by you

The cancellation condition of each experience is shown before payment, in your booking summary and in your confirmation. One of the following applies:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the experience: if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, we refund 100% of the price of that experience. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start, no refund is due.
  • Non-refundable: once the booking is confirmed, the price of that experience is not refunded if you cancel.

The condition that applies is the one shown when you booked. Later changes to an experience's conditions do not affect bookings already confirmed.

To cancel, or for any request about your booking, email info@sensatourism.com if you booked directly with SENSA, or contact the hotel concierge indicated in your confirmation if you booked through a hotel. A cancellation takes effect when we receive your message.

If you are entitled to a refund, our team records the cancellation and issues it to the card you paid with, through Redsys, unless SENSA agrees otherwise. The refund may be full or partial, as applicable. We email you when it has been processed. When it appears on your statement depends on your bank and may take several business days.

These Terms do not give a right to change a confirmed booking. If you ask for a change, SENSA may consider it depending on availability and circumstances. A change is only binding once SENSA confirms it expressly.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 103(l) of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period. Our experiences are booked for a specific date and time, so this right does not apply. This does not affect the cancellation condition in section 6.

8. On the day

  • Meeting point: the meeting point for your booking is shown in your confirmation, email and voucher, with a Google Maps link when an address can be given. It is the one that applies to your booking even if it is later changed for other bookings. If the meeting point is still to be confirmed, our team will contact you before the experience.
  • No-show: if you do not attend, no refund is due.
  • Punctuality: please be at the meeting point at the time indicated. If you arrive late for reasons attributable to you, we cannot guarantee that you can join or that the experience can be completed in full, and no refund is due for the part of the service lost as a result.
  • Unused services: if, once the experience has started, you choose to leave or not to use part of the service, no full or partial refund is due.

None of this affects your rights if the service is not provided as contracted for reasons attributable to SENSA.

9. Operational changes

SENSA may make reasonable changes that do not substantially alter the experience — for example, to timing, route, the order of visits or access to specific spaces — where operationally necessary, preserving the nature and quality of the experience. SENSA may also replace guides, drivers, establishments, collaborators or providers with suitable alternatives. We will let you know when reasonably possible, but a necessary change or replacement does not depend on prior notice.

If a change is substantial, we will offer you a suitable alternative where possible. You are not obliged to accept it. If you decline it, or no viable alternative exists, we will refund the price of the affected experience or service.

10. Cancellation by SENSA

If SENSA cannot provide an experience, we will try to offer a new date or a suitable alternative. You are not obliged to accept it. If no viable alternative exists or you decline it, we will refund the price of the affected experience or service. This does not limit any other rights you have under applicable law.

11. Extraordinary circumstances

If extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances beyond SENSA's reasonable control make it impossible to provide an experience, SENSA may offer a new date or a reasonable alternative. You are not obliged to accept it. If no viable alternative exists or you decline it, we will refund the amount corresponding to the service not provided.

Where the law allows, SENSA is not responsible for costs you have incurred with third parties and not contracted with SENSA, such as independently booked flights, accommodation or transport. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Ordinary adverse weather does not by itself give a right to cancel or to a refund if the experience can reasonably take place. If SENSA determines that the weather prevents the experience from taking place, section 10 or this section applies, as appropriate.

12. Participants

  • Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult, unless a specific experience lawfully provides otherwise. Age and access requirements set by a venue or activity may also apply.
  • Where an experience includes alcoholic drinks, minors receive a non-alcoholic alternative.
  • Allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements: please tell us sufficiently in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them, depending on the experience and the provider, but we cannot guarantee that every requirement can be met.
  • Accessibility: please tell us in advance about any accessibility needs or other circumstances relevant to participation. We will share the information available to us and try to make reasonable adaptations where possible. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of monuments, venues, vehicles or other facilities controlled by third parties.

13. Conduct and belongings

SENSA, its guides or its providers may refuse or interrupt a person's participation, to the extent reasonably necessary, in case of dangerous, abusive or seriously disruptive behaviour, or serious breach of a venue's or provider's rules. No refund is due for services lost as a result of that conduct.

Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings. SENSA is not responsible for their loss, theft or damage, except where SENSA is liable under the law.

14. Service communications

We may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp when needed to manage and deliver your booking: confirmation, instructions, meeting point, incidents and operational changes. These are service communications, not marketing. We only send marketing communications if you have given your separate, optional consent.

15. Complaints

You can send any complaint to info@sensatourism.com or call +34 672 700 132. Where legally required, we will provide information on the applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. You can also request and submit the official complaint form of the Regional Government of Andalusia (hoja de quejas y reclamaciones) at info@sensatourism.com.

16. Law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.

If you are a consumer, disputes will be heard by the courts that are competent under applicable mandatory law. If you are not a consumer, and to the extent permitted by law, the parties expressly submit to the courts of Seville, Spain.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Each booking is governed by the version accepted when it was made, and previous versions remain available.
