This website only uses storage that is strictly necessary for the service you request (the bag, booking and payment in progress) and, for the SENSA team, the Backoffice session and language. It does not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, does not measure your navigation and does not track you across websites. This is why we do not ask for consent or show a cookie notice.

What we store in your browser

  • Bag. Where and key: Local storage, sensa-bag:<channel>. Purpose: Keeping the experiences added, their date, time, modality, language, participants and price across reloads. Never contains names or documents. Duration: Until emptied or you clear your browser data. Consent needed?: No: necessary for the service.
  • Reservation in progress. Where and key: Session storage, reserve:<channel>:<experience>. Purpose: The options you choose on the reservation page. Never contains names or documents. Duration: Until you close the tab. Consent needed?: No: necessary for the service.
  • Payment in progress. Where and key: Local storage, sensa-pending-checkout:<channel>. Purpose: Booking reference, temporary access code to the confirmation and included experiences, to confirm the booking if you return from the payment page or reload. Contains neither your contact details nor card details. Duration: Expires with the access code (about 24 hours) and is deleted on completion. Consent needed?: No: necessary for the service.
  • Staff session. Where and key: Cookie sensa_ops_session (HttpOnly, secure connection only, SameSite strict). Purpose: Staff access to the Booking Backoffice. Never set for guests. Duration: 8 hours. Consent needed?: No: strictly necessary.
  • Backoffice language. Where and key: Local storage, sensa-ops-language. Purpose: Remembering the language selected by staff in the Backoffice. Never set for guests. Duration: Until it is changed or browser data is cleared. Consent needed?: No: a preference expressly chosen by the user.

All of these are exempt from consent (Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI) because they are strictly necessary to provide the service you request.

Usage measurement

We do not measure how you navigate: there is no browser analytics, pixels, heat maps or session recordings. Sales, payment and refund figures come from booking records. Usage data collected with your consent before 22-10-2026 is kept in aggregate form for no more than 25 months and is then deleted.

Card payment

Payment is made on Redsys's secure page, to which we redirect you. Redsys and the entities involved may set their own cookies, under their own policy, to process the payment and prevent fraud. SENSA does not control those cookies. When you return to our website, we do not receive your card details.

Fonts, maps and links

Fonts are served from the site itself. Links to Google Maps only open Google when you click.

How to delete it

You can delete this data at any time from your browser settings. If you do, your bag will be emptied and you will have to choose the options of the reservation in progress again.
