Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This English text is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
This policy explains how SENSA processes the personal data of people who visit this website or contact us: by email, phone or WhatsApp, or through the "Design Your Stay" form. Online bookings are governed by the booking platform's Privacy Policy (/sensa/en/legal/privacy), which complements this one.
1. Controller
ARGY Tourism, S.L. (SENSA), NIF B75294511, Plaza de la Encarnación, 22, 41003 Sevilla, Spain. Contact for any data protection matter: info@sensatourism.com.
2. Data we process
- Email enquiries: your name, your email address and the content of your message.
- Phone or WhatsApp Business enquiries: your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the messages you send us.
- "Design Your Stay" form: contact details (name, email and, if you provide them, phone, country and preferred language) and trip details, such as dates, number of travellers and children's ages, interests, budget and any accessibility or dietary needs you choose to share.
- Partners: this website has no partners form. Hotels, agencies and other partners contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, and we process the data they provide (professional contact details, company or establishment details and the content of the message).
- Technical data: the server processes IP addresses in its logs for security reasons.
Data about accessibility, diet or other personal needs is optional. We only process it if you choose to provide it and with your explicit consent, to prepare your proposal (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR).
If you provide data about other people, you must have informed them of this policy.
3. How the form is handled
When you submit "Design Your Stay", your request reaches SENSA's servers (hosted at IONOS, European Union), which forward it by email to our mailbox through the email delivery provider Resend. The request is not stored in a platform database: it stays in our email. When it is sent, the fact that an enquiry was submitted is recorded for statistics, without personal data.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your enquiries and handling the pre-contractual steps you ask for: pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Processing the optional sensitive data you choose to share, to prepare your proposal: your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Handling professional enquiries from hotels, agencies and other partners: legitimate interest in managing professional relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Protecting the security of the website and the server: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Complying with the legal obligations that apply to us (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
SENSA does not send commercial communications.
5. Providers and processors
- IONOS SE: hosting of the web server and corporate email (European Union).
- Resend: email delivery of the form submissions. Submissions are processed in the European Union region (Ireland). Its data processing agreement is part of its terms of service, and any transfer outside the European Economic Area is made under standard contractual clauses.
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited): if you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp also processes your data under its own terms and privacy policy. That processing may involve transfers of data to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States, relying on the safeguards Meta uses, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can email or call us.
Providers that process data on behalf of SENSA do so under a data processing agreement. We may disclose data to public authorities when the law requires it. Online bookings involve other providers (for example, the payment provider), which are detailed in the booking platform's Privacy Policy.
6. Retention
- Enquiries by email, WhatsApp, phone and the "Design Your Stay" form: 12 months from the last communication; after that period they are deleted (those received through the form, automatically in a monthly review), unless another legal obligation requires us to keep them. If the enquiry becomes a booking, the data is governed by the booking platform's Privacy Policy.
- Communications with partners: for as long as the professional relationship lasts and 12 months afterwards; after that period they are deleted, unless another legal obligation requires us to keep them.
- Historical usage data (collected with consent before 22-10-2026): aggregated, deleted after 25 months.
- Server logs: kept for 30 days and then deleted.
- After those periods, we only keep data where applicable legal obligations, or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims, justify it.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@sensatourism.com.
If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
